I know Prayer works for me because of my history, won't go there cause it's a very long story. But I took Clomid for about about 5 months from 100mg to 150mg and had issues with 150mg. Most ppl are resistant to Clomid (I am) and have to try Femara. I wasn't successful with either drug. I don't want to see you get your hopes up because I did and had a positive feeling that they was going to work and they didn't. My dr even prescribed me a HCG injection "trigger shot" (was filled) and Repronex (which wasn't filled) and haven't used either one. Im currently not on any meds to induce AF or help with ovulation. Will find out in March what we are going to do. Good luck!

Don't give up hope, girl....u are gonna get your baby soon...Well...we are really hopeful because Science goes so far then comes GOD!!! & GOD knows I have a strong desire to become a mother so I know it will happen!!! it took me two cycles so dont feel bummed out if it doesnt work the first time around. I also did basal body temp too. Then with the second baby I had become clomid resistant so I was but of femara and that worked for my second pregnancy....Good luck dont give up hope if the first cycle doesnt work there is so much help out there now :) Congrats on your TTC

I just started my first round of 50mg Clomid on Tuesday (Days3-7).
I ovulate on my own, but have long cycles, so my RE wants to regulate my ovulation, so that I can also do IUI this cycle. So far the side effects are dizziness and headache.

I took Clomid once before and Femara after it.
