keep up the good work
everytime I do a cycle of provera I gain about 10 lbs. It's all water. don't worry it'll go away on it's own. If you want to get rid of it faster cut down your sodium intake.
Then about three weeks into the 3 pill a day regimen my stomach seemed to be upset on a regular basis... sometimes I would eat something and it would go right through me in less than 20 minutes. Or if I wasn't physically getting sick, I felt sick - nauseated, or just plain blah. I went to get a follow-up ultrasound yesterday and was talking to my doctor and she told me to stop taking the Metformin... now I'm just worried that I'm going to gain back the 16 pounds I have lost so far or not be able to lose the weight anymore since I won't have anything to help regulate my insulin....
Anyone have any advice?
It has been different amounts of time for me each time. the first time i got my period before i even finished the provera. since then it has been between 2 and 8 days. I have heard of it being longer for some though. The water weight and bloat seem to just disappear around 2 days after my last day of bleeding. I wake up and get on the scale and I'm about 10- 15 lbs. lighter than the morning before.
