Hi Everyone! I discovered I had PCOS 4 year ago when i was 21 and have faced the common struggles I’m sure all of you have faced. It hasn’t been easy but the hardest part is the infertility issue. My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant for 18 months. I hate to admit that all the negative test and us getting our hopes up with all the treatments have been a emotional rollercoaster. No one around me really understand what its like and try to offer support but manage to say all the wrong things. My mom keeps suggesting that I try support groups so Im hear to give it a shot. Anyone have any suggestions for supportive resources

I recommend that you may want to try posting on the Infertility board here, You will find a lot of ladies with similar struggles, some PCOS-related, some related to other issues. But it may be a general better source of information.

I have pretty severe PCOS and I have been on the negative test after negative test roller coaster too. I ended up having to do fertility testing, following by months of fertility treatments. I'd recommend consulting a fertility specialist and seeing what options they recommend for you.

We have started the fertility workup and have to make the decision between IVF and IVM.
