That's pretty much my story too! I used to work out and be very physical and in shape. It seemed like after I stopped my birth control and my PCOS diagnosis, I gained weight and can't seem to get back where I was. It's extremely frustrating and I still don't have a baby. I just found out today that after trying insemination a couple weeks ago, it didn't work bc even with everything, I still didn't ovulate. :/ . People who aren't going through this really have no clue how it effects us all. Its terrible. I don't have any answers for you, but you have my prayers and support!

Hi sista! I hear you! I have been going through this issue for the past 5 years too. Please don't lose hope! I keep telling myself that I will be back to my beautiful gorgeous self soon! The more sad you feel the less you are going to have the motivation to exercise! So, keep yourself happy in every way you can. PCOS Is not like a deadly disease. There is cure! Although the condition doesn't go away with 1 pill, we have hope! We can do this together! I had some motivation issues with exercising too. But I started today. You too start and we will soon achieve our desired weight. I try to be positive always too because people out there can make fun of us and pull our spirits down. So, we have to bootstrap ourselves! I use one affirmation everyday! "I am healthy and in perfect shape! All my organs, glands, muscles, and bones work perfectly! I am gorgeous and everyone loves me!" Keep saying this even if you don't believe it. It has helped me a lot transform my low feeling. All the best! Hugs to you sista! :)

I feel your pain! We need a low carb high protein diet. Plus I swear riding my bike is the only that helps me she'd a pounds. Now that it's winter I'm depressed, and not a gym girl. Usually I ride my bike for like 2.5 hours like 3-4 times a week. Only way I see any results. It sucks, and I get the same thing about my weight. That I'm doing something wrong.

I know exactly what you're going through. My family looks at me like the black sheep because I'm basically the only one who doesn't have a child. Jut know that there are options and there is hope, you just have to stay positive and hopeful.
