We had fresh fruit/veg juices, watched our diet, exercised and took fertility aid (for men)...and I took Fertility Blend for women (because I had read about a scientific study that proved its efficacy, and I'm a phd student, so more inclined to believe in scientific evidence). Started the meds in June 5(first day of last period), and took ppl's advice that we should relax and stop worrying about getting pregnant. So, the answer to your question is that you can of course become naturally pregnant with pcos (and with one ovary as well). Just keep at it, be patient, don't lost hope, DON'T LISTEN TO NEGATIVE PEOPLE (even if it is your doc writing you off), believe in yourself and the power of nature to heal your body.
