Hi, I am Alisha I'm 20 years old and was just diagnosed with PCOS and ever since I got on this birth control called Kelnor I dont feel normal, I cant find myself to eat for days on end and once i do have the erge to eat i want to throw it all up. My depression has gotten beyond worse where there are some days i dont want to get out of bed i dont want to talk to anyone and just left alone in my room to sleep and being by myself. No one in my family has this so i its hard to go to anyone for advise hints why i am trying to reach out to some one on here that can acutally get a better understanding on what i am going through and if its normal. Growing up i knew i wasnt normal all of my friends would brag about starting their periods and all of this and i never did and i was embarrased so i faked it i acted like i had periods when in reality ive never had one, none of my friends had extra hair on their stomachs or lip like i did and they always made fun of me for it and i always just kind of try and brush it off when actually it really hurt my feelings not knowing i had PCOS. I went to may doctors when i lived in Utah and they always put me on birth control but it never seemed to work the way it should. they were so painful once i got my periods and they never diagnosed me or checked to see if i had PCOS until i moved to Michigan and literally just found out a month ago and let me tell you i have been in nonstop pain for a month i constantly feel like someone is just taking a knife and stabbing my ovaries over and over again....
