Have you spoken with your doctor to let them know what is going on? I mean, you can't keep going like this physically AND emotionally. I would be breaking down too. There are different things they can give you to slow the bleeding, maybe even birth control if that is a route you want/can go down.

As for the breakdown, I've been there often, I think about it everyday, but there are some days I just break down, mostly around Christmas or hearing of a friend or family member getting pregnant.
