My DH is definitely my biggest support system through my struggle with PCOS and infertility...however, sometimes it seems that he lacks the right words to say to give the comfort that I need. Sometimes I can tell that he is hurting for me and it kills me to see that look in his eyes when he just wishes he could take my pain away but has no idea what to say or do to help.

Well I found an amazing book that I highly recommend to any other woman out there whose DH seems to not know how best to help you through this process.

It is called "What He Can Expect When She's Not Expecting: How to Support Your Wife, Save Your Marriage, and Conquer Infertility!"

You can buy it for a decent price on Amazon, that is where I found it...but I would imagine that you could probably find it at any bookstore if you would prefer to do so.

Mine is the same way, super supportive but gets frustrated that he can't help me. I'm so gonna look up that book!!! Thank you for the wonderful suggestion!!!!

I got the book on Friday and finished it on Saturday. It's a quick, easy, honest, accurate and funny read. I LOVE Marc Sedaka's since of humor. I laughed out loud several times about infertility. So the crazy thing is that I ordered this book for my husband. I picked it up for a minute to check it out and couldn't put it down.

It's great to have a book for the men in our lives in a language they can understand.
