I went to the Dr 5 yrs ago and he did blood work and he did an ultra sound. We were trying to find out why I couldnt get pregnant.
So he did an ultrasound and it showed that I had a bunch of small cysts on my ovaries...PCOS.
With the grace of God...I became pregnant.
After my pregnancy my symptoms became more and more intense.
I ended up changing DR's due to distance. When I went for my yearly this year, I mentioned my PCOS and he said he was going to check my blood...he did blood work and it all came back good. Meaning according to this Dr. I do not have PCOS. But the Dr who did my ultrasound said yes
I have ALL the symptoms. Hair growth, skin tags, darkening neck, overweight..etc etc.
What do you guys think?

It took me 4 endo's before I got one that even THOUGHT about PCOS and since then have overall felt much better.

My RE would say "even a broken clock is right twice a day." The blood work they do is looking at hormone levels. Our hormone levels are not ALWAYS COMPLETELY out of whack. Which is why the blood work isn't always accurate to diagnose PCOS.
I would get an ultrasound.
There is no way I have all the symptoms and not have it! I am going to request an US next time!
