Yes! "A Patient's Guide to PCOS understanding and reversing polycystic ovarian syndrome" by Walter Futterweit, M.D.

This book is about 200 pages and covers everything from the basics to daily diets, exercise, emotional issues, pregnancy, physical symptoms,etc. Its very easy reading and has been very useful for me! I highly recommend it.

Funny that you said that!!! I was in the library and I started reading it so I took it out- unfortunately I am in the process of being diagnosed with other things- dont know which book to start first!!!
