I took my usual dose of Medroxyprogesterone at 9. I have a really bad splitting headache. Would it be safe to take 2 tylenols? It's the only thing in the house and I can't take the pain but I'm nervous to take anything else when I'm on the medicine. Thanks!

I sure hope you mean medroxyprogesterone acetate, because (according to wikipedia, anyway) medroxyprogesterone by itself isn't marketed for use in humans.

According to webmd, definitely DO NOT take ibuprofen or aspirin, but it doesn't mention Tylenol. Before you take the Tylenol, would you be willing to try a very large, black coffee (not decaf). Sometimes dehydration causes bad headaches, and caffeine can help.

I'm not sure! It's small round white 10mg pills. Eek i cant stand black coffee but I do have soda that had caffiene! Haha

You can always call your pharmacy to ask, if they are closed call a Walgreen's if you have one in your area...

Walgreen's usually have a pharmacy open 24 hrs a day so someone should be able to help you with any questions you have, I just noticed when you posted this..maybe this info will help in the future :)
