Much love,

I know what you mean about some people thinking that PCOS is not a big deal. I was like that until I really started to have bad symptoms. I wish that I would have taken it more serious when I first found out so that I could have done something about it from the beginning.
I am like you in that BC and me don't get along. I am on it right now just because it was the agreement that I made with my doctor and it was the only way that I could get my period started after 5 and a half years of no period. I can't wait till the end of the year when I can go off of it again.
I am not a huge fan of medications so I decided to treat my PCOS naturally, with diet, exercise and supplements. The supplements that I am taking are a multi-vitamin, B complex, fish oil, magnesium and PCOS supplements from Insulite Labs. I have been taking this combination for the past year and it has been making a big difference. Message me if you would like to know more about the supplements that I am all taking.
