Another thing that I know affects this process is stress...try to avoid it at all costs even though it feels impossible. It really does affect fertility.

wishinghopingpraying - Funny you mentioned school, I just started back this fall. The next step is balancing staying busy with not adding stress. I am hoping I can handle it all.
On the days that I am not working way too many hours - I like to crochet, but I am running out of different things to make (you only need so many blankets)
We all need to do a better job of trying to push those "what if" thoughts out of our heads and try to focus on the good around us right now.
I think you main question is something that we all go through. I don't talk to my husband about it very much for the same reasons you don't talk to yours. We try to be strong for each other but sometimes you don't want to be strong. I've come here so I don't make my husband feel bad that we haven't had any success yet either.
I hope with time it will happen. Right now I am trying to work on being happy for OTHERS when it happens for them, even if really quickly.......
