did you ask your doctor why you are not on the Lisinopril anymore? there may be a reason, not kidney friendly, otherwise ask to go back on it since it controlled your bp better.
since you can take your own bp, keep a record and keep your doctor informed.
btw, none of the readings you mentioned are extremely high so relax. sometimes white collar syndrome kicks in and elevates bp.
I am in agreement with you that none of them are alarmingly high. This is a new neph I'm seeing and I'm not too sure I trust that he knows at all what he's doing.
