Polycystic kidney disease (PKD) is a progressive, genetic disorder of the kidneys. It occurs in humans and other organisms. PKD is characterised by the presence of multiple cysts (polycystic) in both kidneys. The disease can also damage the liver, pancreas and rarely the heart and brain.

The man that was pegged to not make, no doubts about that. The man that had pneumonia, twice from aspirating and mersa, we thought for sure that was going to kill him. the guy that had no bowl tones and miraculasly has normal intestines to date, I remember when his blood oxygen level was at 32, his organs were shutting down. Never for a minute did I think that Jim was going to leave me and he didn't. Now he is pegged as an independent patient and they have asked me if he can come home on Friday. For father's day, are you kidding me! Don't ever GIVE UP!!!!

How wonderful!!!!! I am so happy for you and your family, this will truly be a wonderful Father's Day. You are right, never give up! There is something to be said about the power of prayer and the will to live; one can certainly defy the odds with those two things in place.

Oh my word!!! That is the best news especially in light of it being Fathers Day. I am so happy for you Norma. What a walking miracle he is. Karma is real, together you have put so much good in to the world, taken care of and watched over so many. The world says thank you. Enjoy every minute you deserve it.
