Polycystic kidney disease (PKD) is a progressive, genetic disorder of the kidneys. It occurs in humans and other organisms. PKD is characterised by the presence of multiple cysts (polycystic) in both kidneys. The disease can also damage the liver, pancreas and rarely the heart and brain.
Honestly, if I could cut off my tummy and back for awhile to get a break,I might do it.
These last few weeks are testing me. I haven't had a break from the pain (except yesterday) for over two weeks and I'm losing my mind, crying cause I'm tired of dealing with it, sad that Nothing will change and irritated with everyone and everything in my path.
Life just isn't fair and it's making me mad!!
OK, now I'm done complaining, take a pain pill, heating pad after lying in the hot bath.

I srill get angry when I recall PKDers telling us their doctors say PKD doesn't cause pain.
