I had a breast reduction last year, couldnt be happier made all the dffernece to my life, am back to excercising and its done wonders for my self esteem and ive just had the all clear from the hospital after my annual check

thats awesome insomniac66. my last PS checkup was yesterday. everything has settled quite well, i am totally happy with the results. I so agree with the self esteem aspect...gotta love it...next big move will be gettin my teeth fixed..lol

Hi! I had breast augmentation about 3 yrs ago and I am very happy with the results. Before I had nothing.... I looked like a surfing board... now is different I look normal. Just follow your physicians advice and don't carry anything heavy for a couple of weeks.

bmega442 & Kqarcia33~ Hello!!

Glad you guys have had great results! Did you go with Saline or Silicone? My friend just had a reduction, lift and implants put in. She is doing great, and now has me thinking about it! Just don't know which way to go. Suggestions and any post-op info would be helpful. On a scale from 1-10 how painful was it, and how difficult is it to get back to normal everyday life?

I went with silicone, i thought even with the hassle of having to get mri's every 2 or 3 yrs it was well worth the more natural look and feel. Less chance of rippling, also what I was told. On the pain threshold i would say it was about an 8 when i first became concious of the pain. I took vicodine for a couple days then just on tylenol for awhile. Couldnt do shit the first couple days, literally. So be prepared for that. Although some women are pretty resiliant..im just not one of em..lol Just like jgarcia i was like a surf board. After 2kids n losing weight, what little i had went south. For awhile after surgery it definitly feels like somethin foriegn on your chest, but it slowly becomes part of ya, i think anyways. All n all i am very very very happy with my choice to do this.

I have saline implants and it only took me a couple of weeks to get back to life. They look and feel natural....
