As we age, all the body changes including the muscles in the chest. I do know one woman who had implants at age 22 and a revision at age 35 after having 3 children. She says she's prepared to have another revision when she gets into her late 40s if it's necessary.
I had surgery after weight loss at age 63-6 years ago and even though I exercise daily and especially work on my pecs, my implants are starting to sag a bit..this isn't the doctors 'fault' but due to my aging muscles and ability to gain good muscle tone.
I probably won't be getting another breast surgery but i'm going to consider another mini face lift at age 75. I had to laugh at your last comment about removing the implants when you are old..Honey, just because we are 70 doesn't mean the vanity or desire to look hot goes away! I'm a widow and I date as often as I want..it's important to me to look attractive in a dress, swim suit or bare a$$ed naked. I'm so happy with how I look I want to stay this way as long as possible.
I had all my surgeries done in Costa Rica at abut 1/3 of the cost of US surgeries, plus I had a vacation to go along with it!
Best of luck
