Abuse is a general term for the treatment of someone that causes some kind of harm (to the abused person, to the abusers themselves, or to someone else) that is unlawful or wrongful. No one deserves abuse, period. Abuse can be emotional, physical, or sexual.
well,my answer is cancer.
however i am in a mess where i have cancer and him.
i got the news today and he is ALL over me.
i have made it clear that i dont want his attention. he just doesnt understand the words I DONT TRUST YOU!!!
now i have a cancer inside and one outside of my body.
anybody in the same boat.
im still trying to get financially stable so i can kick him out.for good.
and tomorrow i go talk to surgeon then the next day i start therapy.
yea me.
man im just trying to remain civil for the childrens sake.
had to take my big girl to hospital and he had a concert to sing in, i get up to take her to emergency room and he looks at me with big brow eyes and says "but i have to sing" its only a choir, no pay, no big deal, a church choir.
i told him "they have 2 grandmas and a granddaddy they will be just fine.
then he starts to backpaddle.
just when i start to question myself he provides new evidence of his stupidity.
i know its driving him nuts beccause i wont tell him what he is doing wrong.
dont want him to change the game on me.
yea i have the upper hand, at least here.
now comment please, make me feel like a WARRIOR!!

I'm so sorry to hear this sweetie, I will be saying my prayers for a healthy recovery for you. Time to focus on you, and try to disengage from him as much as possible. I'm going through this in my own family, when we heard the DX, we all thought the worst, now this family member is doing soooo much better. You sound very focused and determined for what YOU want....way to go...you are a warrior in my eyes!
