Physical & Emotional Abuse Support Group
Abuse is a general term for the treatment of someone that causes some kind of harm (to the abused person, to the abusers themselves, or to someone else) that is unlawful or wrongful. No one deserves abuse, period. Abuse can be emotional, physical, or sexual.
I do not know very much about your relationship. Like, are you married? Are there children? Is it a relationship that you feel needs work and therapy to continue because of the above?
If not how long have you been together? Did he start out with this behavior? If you have been together for a long time and he slowly became this way, you may be able to snap him out of it. I recommend The Verbally Abusive Relationship by Patricia Evans. She has tools with how to do that.
If the relationship is young and he almost started out with this behavior it would be best to leave as this could escalate into physical abuse.
That is not a healthy relationship. Best of luck and be sure to do what is best for you and your health and safety.

The reason you are feeling worn is because this is an insidious form of abuse that will wear you down, stifle your identity and destroy your self esteem. I do not know where you live but in the Uk, "Coercive control" is now a criminal offence punishable by jail and this is one of the aspects of Coercive control. Start documenting all of this and find out what the laws are in your area!
All the best!!
