Physical & Emotional Abuse Support Group
Abuse is a general term for the treatment of someone that causes some kind of harm (to the abused person, to the abusers themselves, or to someone else) that is unlawful or wrongful. No one deserves abuse, period. Abuse can be emotional, physical, or sexual.
This doesn't have to be your life. Being abused can make you sick physically, emotionally & spiritually.
Please contact the nearest women's shelter and ask them to help you make a safe plan to leave. They can help you find a place to live where he cannot find you. It may be 500 miles or 1000 miles, but as long as you don't tell him or anyone who knows him where you are, it will be harder for him to find you.
Please take good care of you and be safe. He sounds like he is escalating and could physically hurt you at any time, if he hasn't already
You don't say if you're married. If you are, then you will need a good attorney. So it will critical for you to document all of the abuse. The women's shelter can refer to you to an attorney and also to a therapist who specializes in recovery from abuse. This is crucial for your well being. Many shelters offer group therapy at no charge.
But first you need to get out. Do NOT tell him you're thinking about it and do NOT tell him (or let him find out) you are in this group. Make sure to clear your cookies & history. And make sure he doesn't have any tracking devices on your phone, tablet, computer and/or car.

Please take good care of yourself and be safe.

is only your life
if you choose
for it to be.

is the number for
your state's
women's resources.
PLEASE call them TODAY.
They will help you
sort this out.
The bottom line is
that you're with
an abuser.
Your profile says
that you're a
young woman.
You were abused
in your childhood
and that set you up
to be abused in your
young adulthood.
As long as you
stay with this abuser
(or any other abuser),
you will never

That can only happen
when you're with an

who will be as supportive
of your needs as you are
of his.
Please call that number
without delay.
Your life is precious
and right now
is the moment
to get it on a
better track.
