I have started the process of moving on. In my new place a year June 19th. During this time he's been around. I eventually ended up getting a CPO in November because he started the physioal abuse. Anyway throughout this whole year he's has been unable to have a good run at not being abusive and I have been fully aware of that refusing to give him a key, marry him or let him move in. So fast forward on June 30th I get this message he's crying, begging for me to come back...to come home to him. On June 4th he joins us at a mutual friends house for fireworks. June 5th he gives me his car because it's hot and I have no AC with the agreement he would drop it off in the shop on that Friday for repair. No show...no call...no car in the shop. Sunday, he shows up with the police (no problem CPO in place) but he tells the police it's HIS!!! Knowing I paid cash. Here's the kicker. I find out he got married earlier that week!!! Why? What? Had I not had him sign a statement at time of purchase he would have taken it from me. Why is he still after me? I'm glad I had the sense to get the CPO for myself and our son. It gives me a chance to think this out. Does anyone? Has anyone ever been through something like this? I'm angry...I'm hurt because I tried so hard at being fair and trying to be friends. I have bouts of crying because I can't believe this...Please advise/share your stories. Sorry for being so long winded.
