Abuse is a general term for the treatment of someone that causes some kind of harm (to the abused person, to the abusers themselves, or to someone else) that is unlawful or wrongful. No one deserves abuse, period. Abuse can be emotional, physical, or sexual.
this weekend has been stressful to say the least, I sent my payment for my truck, and get to keep it a while longer, I say that because there are times when I feel like I just want to hand the keys over and say no more, and go carless for awhile.
I get to the point sometimes where I become depressed and just want to throw my hands in the air and go. I don't know where, but I do, no more bills, no more whining children, no more responsibilities!
But I usually come out of it after I rant/rave and then God sends me someone and they tell me all will be ok.
So here I am again, at square one, taking a breath at a time, wondering why on earth, I am the only one paying bills in a house hold of 4 adults.
It's sad when my 15 yr old says when I get my summer job I will help you pay the bills mom. ugh! I always wanted to be able to tell my children just use the money for school and your own clothing. I won't let him help me pay the bills, I will tell him save the money for school and clothes and other activities he may want to do. I may tell him to treat his younger siblings if he would like to they would love that.
I am in the process of trying to find a better paying job and also getting my man to get a job. We got into another argument over him not having a job or any kind of income. He almost left but decided he couldn't live without me! ugh!
So I told him to go fill out applications today, let's see how far that goes. He usually is great when he's working, and provides well. I usually want for nothing when he is working because he hands over the paycheck and I pay the bills. It's just getting him to get a job that i'm struggling with.
I celebrated my daughters 20th birthday this weekend, it was a great happening.
I guess the main reason I am trying to find a better paying job is because I need more stability and also if my man ever decides he had enough of "my abuse" and leaves then I will be able to take care of myself and the kids with a better income. well just thought I would check in. I will check in again tomorrow. luv n ((hugs))

You also sound like the stable one.
I used to pay all the bills for years. He charged stuff and paid for that. Until one day when he insisted on a guitar...he paid $2000 for it! After that I said no, you are paying the bills, I pay college tuition. And he has. Gee I should have done it before!

Tonight I am going watch my middle daughter at her band/choir concerts. She is my busy girl, always involved in some activity.

My adopted daughter is going for an interview on Monday, she rescheduled :( ugh!!! We are taking her man to his hometown so he can take care of his obligations and get on his feet, ugh!!! why do I feel like I have 3 adult children in my home, holding there hands and saying in a little 2 yr old voice "fiww owt yuw appwicashuns!! ok...now caw the peeples and ask them if you get job, ok let's get dwessed, bwuss yur teef, and get shoes on, okay...wets go now got to go to work, like a big pewson....." sigh....its how I feel at times. you know. I think my 6 year old is more responsible than the adults in my house.
I got up this morning and was like do I have to go to work. I want to stay home and sleep like everyone else. I want to be lazy and have someone else feed me and house me.
I been feeling really depressed lately, trying to hang in there.
But the good thing is I have an interview for a better paying job this Thursday. I really hope I get this job, and am able to see some dry land, instead of just floating above water all the time. Wish me luck!!!!
