Abuse is a general term for the treatment of someone that causes some kind of harm (to the abused person, to the abusers themselves, or to someone else) that is unlawful or wrongful. No one deserves abuse, period. Abuse can be emotional, physical, or sexual.
Its like trying to find a needle in a haystack....WTH??? I dont get it,I called 1 place this afternoon and they said well 1st you have to come and fill out a Q and A form...then we do a phone interview to see what the issues are,then we send those answers with your Q and A answers out for referral,and if "IF" they accept you then we will find a DR for you....shaking my head the whole time i said your kidding right? oh no maam she says it takes a good 6 months to finally get in to see 1 of our drs,then she asks what insurance do you have i told her BCBS she said oh im sorry we dont accept that insurance,have a nice day click and she hung up on me.......AAAAHHH!!! ....I called a few other places,then i got tired of the disapointment...Gee thank god i am not hanging off a cliff or anything...UGH!!!what good is insurance if 1/2 dont take it... and the other 1/2 of drs do but gee they dont accept new clients...again i ask WTH?!?!?!?!
I did contact the local DV to see if they had referrals and they did refer me to a sliding scale income one, but they too took my info and will get back to me on what they can offer. But the DV has support groups too, maybe a local one near you has the same that can help you in the interim?
