oh my goodness! i'm sitting here amongst a stack of papers, ugly pics of bruises and broken vehicle, reciepts, my landlord came through!! i have them..i have a paper saying we both signed the lease and are both responsible, signed by him with his names and contact info..
oh gosh..
i'm ultra stressed, damn sciatic nerve hurts like hell, i got one lorazepam left..i've been saving it..
my sister said it very well..she said..you're building this atomic bomb & he'll be standing there with nothing..that helped to put things in perspective.

oh girls! thank you!! i'm shaking like a leaf and nervous as hell. gulping coffee and smoking like a chimney..i know..very attractive picture..but i dont care..the only thing i can say is that i never woulda made it to here without you all!
and a damn good thing i do this kinda stuff for a living b/c i have folders all marked with claim #'s! lol..omg..i'm onn folder #4, having the toughest time proving this emotional distress thing. i printed off some of my journals, but didnt have enuff to time to do them all..or the important ones..i have a call log, but fn virgin mobile hasn't been letting me view my old bills for 2 wks now, didnt realize they changed their site that much, so fuck..i dunno..
i'm stressing right out here..
i'll update as the evg goes along i suppose..and definitely tell you all how its going tomorrow!! you know this is the first place i'll be!

I can't remember, gogo, are you seeing a therapist? The bills for that might help show emotional distress. Just a thought.
