Physical & Emotional Abuse Support Group
Abuse is a general term for the treatment of someone that causes some kind of harm (to the abused person, to the abusers themselves, or to someone else) that is unlawful or wrongful. No one deserves abuse, period. Abuse can be emotional, physical, or sexual.
To MY ABUSER:
for a year, you led me on, heartfelt promises, pink rose petals in the dirt, kisses, and walks in the sun, candy, and presents and lots of fun... then you went to Europe for two weeks, when you came back, you were not the same, I couldn't get you back, your heart had already turned to her. You started to compare me to her. You took steps away from me, you took leaps away from me, then you were gone.
So suddenly you were gone, you said that you wanted to date other people, and you were away, far far away, maybe we cross paths, but you won't and don't answer or return any phone calls. You abandoned me. You used me, abused me, abandoned me. The tears that have flowed from my broken heart have overwhelmed me! I can only be thankful that I spent
ONE year with you, and not a nightmare of a decade with you. I can be thankful that you showed your true colors when you did. They are ugly colors of abuse, hate, and indifference. I hope that you stay away! Goodbye.
