Physical & Emotional Abuse Support Group
Abuse is a general term for the treatment of someone that causes some kind of harm (to the abused person, to the abusers themselves, or to someone else) that is unlawful or wrongful. No one deserves abuse, period. Abuse can be emotional, physical, or sexual.
I think what you are feeling is pretty common in the aftermath of these situations. I'm wondering, could you be depressed? Maybe it would be a good idea to see your doc.
Just a thought. Hope you can feel better and more rested real soon.

Do go and see your doctor to get checked out!
Working hard and dealing with the stuff we do would cause energy loss in anyone, sadly... the stress is just so high, I think, and takes a toll even long after the actual events might have stopped.
Have found B vitamins quite helpful for this. I try to eat fortified food such as cereal, which also often contains Iron (that deficiency can also cause tiredness). Have also got an effervescent energy vitamin tab that I drink in water most days at the moment for extra help.
That's another point, actually - drinking enough fluid, especially water, helps. I usually feel fuzzy when haven't taken enough time to drink something regularly.
And get as much sleep as you can - you need it! Hugs and hope this helps :) xxx
As I learned to cope and turn my attention away from her more and more I've become less and less tired, and rarely feel that way anymore. I recover from attacks much quicker too without such extreme tiredness!
