Physical & Emotional Abuse Support Group
Abuse is a general term for the treatment of someone that causes some kind of harm (to the abused person, to the abusers themselves, or to someone else) that is unlawful or wrongful. No one deserves abuse, period. Abuse can be emotional, physical, or sexual.

If you have any proof of what your husband is saying, give it to the police.
At the 'best' he's being a threatening bully and needs to learn that he can't say those things. At 'worst' he's a violent bully who might do something terrible. You deserve better than that. Draw on the people and processes put in place to protect you, all of those processes and use them.
It's called:
Separation violence
and it's SERIOUS.
People DIE.
Get an advocate from your
local women's center. Go
to the police.
DON'T BECOME A
STATISTIC.
And, oh yeah. . . . .
find a qualified attorney.
Please take good care!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I agree with the others that you should call the police.
Also, hopefully you aren't living with this man--because you shouldn't be around him.
If you commence to communicate only through e-mail with him, then you can have record of his threats...or he will stop making them because he knows they will be recorded. Either way would be better than talking to him verbally.
Like I said, it isn't your responsibility to set boundaries with an abuser, especially if he threatens to kill you.
