Physical & Emotional Abuse Support Group
Abuse is a general term for the treatment of someone that causes some kind of harm (to the abused person, to the abusers themselves, or to someone else) that is unlawful or wrongful. No one deserves abuse, period. Abuse can be emotional, physical, or sexual.
I move out on wednesday when he's at work.
sorry to say scariest, most stressful thing I've ever done in my life.
it's 9 at night here, and I haven't eaten today. I can't. I feel as if my scalp has shrunk.
good thing-it's only a few more days of horrible stress. soon I will be out.
pray for me everyone. I've never needed it more in my entire life!!!

I wish you the very best. You are such an inspiration to so many here.
We care, and we love you!! BIG HUGS.
(((hugs)))
We are all here thinking of you and I am actually getting real anxious myself as the day gets closer!!!
MUAAAA!!
this step feels.
You are a woman of immense
resources and strengths.
Be alert. Be careful.
And when this shakes out
and is behind you, you will
be launched into a life that's
free of abuse, and open to
health and happiness.
Much love and strength
is going out to you, from
all of us.
You'll be the one walking around going "I'M FREE NOW".
I'm gonna put my dolphin crystal in my pocket today, with the intention that it protects you and your kids.....
Big hugs....
For the next few days pretend you're a prisoner of war planning an escape from the enemy. Be vigliant, tell as few people as possible about your plans and act as normally as possible around your husband. This time next week you'll be on your road to freedom!
I've had some rough moments in the last few days. had to give up my roomate (a women with developmental disabilities) and tell her and her parents what's been going on. a lot of anger and tears directed at me. that was hard.
but they understand now.
now, it's just trying to act normal. hoping it all goes off without a hitch.
You don't think the roommate situation might tip off your h, do you? (Or even worse, that, vindictively, she might tell him something?)
Please, please be very careful. Don't make any big changes or tell anybody ANYTHING right now. You are in a critical, dangerous time.
I don't want to scare you, just warn you so that you and your precious children will be as safe as possible.
I'm still praying for you.
they will not say anything to my H. they are too scared about the whole situation, and they 'get' it now-that it's dangerous.
they are coming on the day I'm leaving to move her stuff out as well.
we're all doing a flit.
I'm trying to make things seem as normal as possible, even down to the grocery list on the fridge (we do groceries on mondays) buying groceries that he won't need when we are gone. (though I'll be taking some of the non perishables)..
making plans as if we're going to be here..but we won't.
it's surreal.
I will pray that once you get out on the open water ......Smooth sailing for you!
