Physical & Emotional Abuse Support Group
Abuse is a general term for the treatment of someone that causes some kind of harm (to the abused person, to the abusers themselves, or to someone else) that is unlawful or wrongful. No one deserves abuse, period. Abuse can be emotional, physical, or sexual.

It's better to be safe than sorry. So TRUST your INNER KNOWING. I hope your new therapist specializes in trauma release/recovery and is well versed in the dynamics & effects of abuse and the resulting ptsd, trauma bonding and other issues that come as a result of abuse & other trauma. If this new therapist doesn't fit this criteria, please find someone who does and by all means tell them what's going on now.
In addition:
It is critical that you block all abusers and anyone who knows them from your phone, your social media, email, etc. If necessary, change your phone number and email and only give them out to people who have repeatedly proven then can be trusted.
Abusers rarely change except for the worst. So please keep your distance and stay No Contact.
I use to think they could change but each time he reached out to me it only repeats. I know now that most cannot change. At times I fear for my life but I cannot explain to anyone why. I don't know how to open up to someone I don't know nor trust and trust are hard for me. But thanks, I appreciate your advice.
