Roy was hit by J and M!

Well I did not see the abuse or J, Roy's mom would be in the hospital. He was at his aunt's when it happened, but did text me half an hour latter saying "mom brewsed me and dad hit me".

I have reported it to the police and CPS. The aunt and a neighbor has as well.

J is still neglecting medical care and refuses to let Roy use the only working shower to shower.

Thinking of talking with school principal on Monday, spoke to him on phone to set up a meeting.

Saw Roy today, bruised, took photos and is shook up.

Should I go to school about everything or wait on CPS to do nothing-again. (second time with Roy, third time on mom)

I wouldn't wait for CPS. I tried that before. I would definitely tell the school as long as your are not in any danger. Don't risk you safety, but someone needs to stop the abuse.

When my kids were being abused I had a heck of a time with the he said she said ( the court system doesn't like to believe one parent against the other.........so many bitter angry people out there) Ultimately what it took was what they called a "Gaurdian Ad Lidum" who is someone outside of the situation who talks to the child, talks to both parents and who ever else is pertinant and goes to the court as the representative for the child.
The courts trust them more. that is what eventually got my sons out of the craziness they were experiencing. Been alot of years now but I thank God they are no longer where they were at and ate now fairly functional adults. The scars are there though.
