Abuse is a general term for the treatment of someone that causes some kind of harm (to the abused person, to the abusers themselves, or to someone else) that is unlawful or wrongful. No one deserves abuse, period. Abuse can be emotional, physical, or sexual.
I have been hurting so so much since my breakup with my ex, I have not seen or talked to him since July, he really truly broke my heart. I did not bother to ARTICULATE to my abuser how heartbroken he made me become, to him, I have taken................................................................

I used to crave having the chance to really let my ex 'have it' verbally...just tell him what I think of him, what he IS, what he did to me.
I just let it go...because I knew telling him off would just give him more ammo to use against me, and possibly hurt me further, or cause him to contact me even more. It would have meant nothing to him except that I still care enough to talk to him. Believe me, the worst torture for them is NC - the don't give a sh** attitude screws with their ego...
It's really tough for a while, hang in there and give yourself time...focus on yourself, and the fact that you didn't waste anymore time with such a loser who didn't deserve to have even a tiny piece of your heart in the first place.
I kind of look at it as, at least I HAVE a heart. My ex is this empty, soul-less 'creature' that I just wouldn't even recognize anymore....

I love what calm said don't give a sh** attitude screws them!! for past 15 months maintaining no contact i have proof how much this attitude works, he keeps getting in touch just to have a go at me!!!
