Abuse is a general term for the treatment of someone that causes some kind of harm (to the abused person, to the abusers themselves, or to someone else) that is unlawful or wrongful. No one deserves abuse, period. Abuse can be emotional, physical, or sexual.
So I'm new to this group. I've been in a verbally abusive relationship. 2 1/5 years. It didn't start verbally abusive. I notice now some signs. I'll make this short I'm 32 and I wanted a baby so bad. I knew I was going to have trouble because I've tried to get pregnant before. Now that I see who he is. I don't want his kids I don't want marriage. I don't want custody battles. I don't want divorce. I don't want to stay because of kids. I don't want my kids to think this is normal. Its mostly verbal he slapped me once and bit me. May 20th will be my official 2 year struggle with infertility. All tests come back normal. I have 5 fibriods. I've not gone through fertility treatment. I've just done blood tests 2 HSGs now next friday I go through SIS just to make sure I can get pregnant. When once again I'm sure the news will be good. But when I talk to the doctor about birth control it may not work because it makes fibriods grow. So part of me wonders if I should relie on infertility. Or go with what my doc suggests if birth control is a possibilty. He has sex with me when I'm sleeping. I take medication to help me sleep. I eventually want babies if I can physically have them.
I don't know if you realize this but having sex with you when you are out on medication is rape. It's illegal and immoral in every way. His slapping you once is once too many. Are you trying to leave him? Do you plan on staying?
