Abuse is a general term for the treatment of someone that causes some kind of harm (to the abused person, to the abusers themselves, or to someone else) that is unlawful or wrongful. No one deserves abuse, period. Abuse can be emotional, physical, or sexual.
I need advice on this.
I recently gave birth and my boyfriend and I currently live together with our new baby.
When I was pregnant he never hurt me. I got pregnant just a couple months into our relationship and it wasn’t planned as it happened while I was on birth control. So most of our relationship has consisted of me being pregnant. Now that I’m not things are different. As SOON as I had my sweet baby he switched. He’s broken a bone of mine on “accident” and injured me a few more times and they were all “accidents” they he blamed on me. This is to let you know what he has done beside what I’m about to share and what I need advice on.
He will grab my privates and not let go when I ask him to please not touch me there. He just laughs and says “come on baby”. He thinks it’s funny? He will grab my breasts and other private parts no matter what I say. When I get mad enough and yell to stop he gets mad.
I was doing laundry one day and folding clothes on the bed and bend over to pick up some clothing I dropped. When I was upright he pushed me back down and bent me over the bend saying “I like you in this position” and started dry humping me and touching me when I was telling him to stop and quit it. He just held me down and when he was done with his “joke” he let me stand back up and I was angry. He then yelled and told me to lighten up.
the touching goes on and nothing I say stops him. Is this sexual assault? Is this something I could report if it continues?

You need to protect yourself and your child. He broke one of your bones!!
I know exactly what you are going through. I got dumped by my abuser, I've been in the same position. The truth is... he will get tired of you and will go do the same to another woman. You need to RUN and never look back. I missed jobs, I ruined relationships, stopped school for that man... just to get dumped after months of mental and physical abuse, The difference is that you have a child to think about. No kid should be brought in the world like that, Your kid will have a lot of trauma and emotional baggage all his life if you do not leave this situation. I know that deep down you know very well that you can't stay with someone that broke your bone and sexually touches you without your consent. I am sending you so much love and strenght, You can do it,
