Physical & Emotional Abuse Support Group
Abuse is a general term for the treatment of someone that causes some kind of harm (to the abused person, to the abusers themselves, or to someone else) that is unlawful or wrongful. No one deserves abuse, period. Abuse can be emotional, physical, or sexual.

Heres an extract from it....
Soul Retrieval:
How can you take back what belongs to you? Lets begin with your
soul, which is the most important part!
The best way to do a personal soul retrieval is through ceremony.
If you can, get some ceremonial sage and burn it to clear the space that you are about to work in.
Light a candle in front of you and focus on the flame. Watch the
flame while you begin taking long deep breaths into your solar
plexis. Each time you take a breath in, imagine you are pulling in
white healing light from above you down into your body!
Each time you breathe out imagine letting go of all negativity, all
unwanted energy in your life!
Continue this process for about ten breaths.
When you are in a deeply relaxed space it is time to begin calling
back your soul.
It is more powerful to speak out loud and say I now call back all
parts of myself that have been stolen, lost or given away!
Open your hands on your lap and visualize your soul essence
returning to you on all levels.
Feel the return of your divine essence coming back to you!
Next it is time to give back anything you have take from
anyone else.
I now return any soul parts I have taken from anyone else!
The next part of the ceremony is to call back what, by divine
right, belongs to you in the physical world.
I now ask that what is mine by divine right comes to me easily
and effortlessly!
Say a prayer of gratitude for all that is good in your life!
I thank you spirit for my health, my wellbeing, my abundance, my love etc.
When you complete this prayer you can close the ceremony by blowing out the candle. You may want to repeat this ceremony weekly for a period of time until you are feeling stronger.
If you feel the need to repeat all or part of this ceremony any time
throughout your week do so!
There are professional Shamans who specialize in soul retrieval
work. You may be able to find one in your area if you want to
have this done for you.
It is important to hold the vision of all your soul parts returning to you and also to see divine justice being done.
Dont imagine anything bad happening to anyone else, including your ex.
Instead see your life being rebuilt better than ever! See new love
coming in, new friendships, new opportunities, new wealth and so on!
It is important to take responsibility for what has been created in your life!
Dont allow yourself to be a victim! Instead be a victor!
Know that on some level your spirit chose this experience for its
growth.
Know that this is an experience that will make you stronger and more of who you really are.
See it as a stripping away of what no longer serves you and your
highest good and the birthing of a new, more empowered you!
This is a good time to focus on changing your diet to a healthier, whole food diet.
If you need assistance go to www.healthinspirations.com.
It is a good time to commit to an exercise program if you arent already on one.
Its a good time to commit to a stronger spiritual or personal growth path.
Read some good books, take classes or seminars, embark upon a new career path, or whatever it is that makes you feel like you are moving forward in your life!
A Time to Grieve:
When you first end a relationship with a narcissist there will be a
grieving period. You have suffered a loss! Even if the loss is imaginary, it is still a loss!
You have lost the illusion of what you believed was real. You have lost someone you loved, even if he didnt really exist. Allow yourself time and space to grieve.
You may want to have a funeral, burial or some kind of ceremony to release that person in your life!
Gather up everything that he gave you or that reminds you of him and let it all go.
Possessions carry energy and holding onto that energy doesnt serve you. Either burn it, burry it, or give it away!
You will be amazed at the relief that can come from a ceremony like this! It lifts a heavy burden from you!
Any jewelry he has given you such as rings, bracelets, necklaces,
earrings or anything else needs to go.
(Taken from spiritual recovery from narcissistic abuse)
After the first time my abuser laid his hands on me, I took my wedding set to the local jewelry store and sold it for scrape...while he was in jail. I didn't get much, but at the time, every dollar helped, as I was doing it all on my own.
Besides, he got mad at me during an arguement on the way to see my dying mother and threw HIS wedding band out the truck window going down the highway at 60 MPH.
After we reconciled I wore my mother's wedding band that had been passed on to her by my grandmother. That has special meaning to me. I don't wear it now, because I don't want to dishonor what it represents.
I have no regrets about selling the jewelry that he bought me. The extra cash came in handy. Everything else he gave, I have either given away or set fire to.
