Abuse is a general term for the treatment of someone that causes some kind of harm (to the abused person, to the abusers themselves, or to someone else) that is unlawful or wrongful. No one deserves abuse, period. Abuse can be emotional, physical, or sexual.
Dealing with a family issue and asking for courage, strength and blessings. I am so angry, irritated and worried and upset. Thanks friends. At least I can name feelings now.

It is very cool you can id your feelings. You have come so far. You will surmount this family hurdle with strength and grace.
I am sending all the positivity I can muster. This reminds me of something I learned in nursing school years ago--the family dynamics model--when one family member gets healthy (and that would be you), all the other members in the family dynamic have to shift, too. It creates a big upheaval in the whole family and a shift towards greater health. Or that is the way I remember it. I pray that bed is going to open up soon.
