Hello everyone,
I went "no contact" with both parents about 6 years ago. I was 61 years old and I was done with the alcoholism and the mental illness of my mother. Since that time my father has died and I have stopped all contact with my sister (the favored one).
I had the courage to do all that due to a blogger whose blog is called
narcissists suck
It will take you a long time to read all the information on that blog but I guarantee it was life changing for me.

It wasn't until I read the blog that I realized that my mother, in addition to being an alcoholic, was a malignant narcissist and possibly have borderline personality disorder. Malignant narcissists are truly dangerous and destructive but so manipulative and underhanded that most people don't recognize them for who and what they are.
