Kind of expanding on RockinBunnys thread here about actors that play Narcissists, but I was thinking about my fascination with the bad guys in movies. I almost hate to admit it as I tend to be attracted to them in real life as well, and well it is because of that, I have taken breaks from dating and relationships to try to work on me. Thus far I have not been successful but I am trying once again.

I have figured out that even though I have to admit in the beginning I am attracted to a certain look, taller than me, dark hair, dark eyes, a certain facial structure and a confident way of carrying themselves, I am also attracted to things that are not seen by the naked eye. Some can be good and some could be bad. I like a bit of mystery, which can be rampant in cons who have things to hide, but can also be just shyness as well. I also like a dry sense of humor, which can be a sign of a person that has a sense of humor or someone that may end up being abusive, time will end up telling. I like assertiveness, yet I end up with people that have road rage, boundary issues and criminal records..ugh.
Anyway, I have been trying to self-reflect and think about what I like versus what I need.

Ok, Got off track here. Movie villains that I love to hate and well am attracted to nonetheless... Gary Oldman, Joaquin Phoenix (my last ex favors him) Billy Zane, Jack Nicholson, (ex husband had his widows peak hairline with long hair and favored him in his younger days) Christian Bale, and a couple fairer men, blondes..Christian Slater and I can't think of the name, but he played in American History X? And in one that co stars Richard Gere as a lawyer for him, he is tried for killing a priest I believe, older movies?

Yeah, the thing about bad guys( or girls) in movies, when we get tired of there badness, we can turn them off or change the channel, in real life, just not the same.
