Just some days I don't have words, I express myself through poetry. Hope those that are going through the chaos will soon find peace..love and light.

"Manipulate me with your cruel games,
it is on me you put the blame..
Your words like daggers pierce my heart,
your not happy till you rip me apart.

"Where once I found approval in your eyes,
I see the contempt you cannot disguise..
It always seems we are at war,
I'm not even sure what we are fighting for?

"Like a cat with a mouse with me you play,
yet this addiction will not let me step away..
I no longer know whats wrong or right,
have lost count of all the sleepless nights.

"Friends advice I do not heed,
I cannot overcome this aching need..
Slowly you are killing my soul,
yet I can't take back my self control.

Thank you everyone. Sadly, life's experiences have given me plenty to write about. I am not a vindictive person at heart but I often wonder what it might be like to be the spider instead of the fly, the wolf instead of the sheep or the flame instead of the moth. I am so very tired. :(

Beautiful. I especially admire how you spoke vulnerably from your own perspective.

Don't envy the wolf his ferocity, nor be the sheep waiting docilely. Look to the bear, the doe, the horse. Strong, safe, independent - and beautiful in and of themselves.
