Physical & Emotional Abuse Support Group
Abuse is a general term for the treatment of someone that causes some kind of harm (to the abused person, to the abusers themselves, or to someone else) that is unlawful or wrongful. No one deserves abuse, period. Abuse can be emotional, physical, or sexual.

Whatever he says means nothing, what you need to do singes cut him off cold turkey. He is the cruel cold world you are living in, not the real world.
There are lots of people in the world that could give you the love you desire, it's just not him. You have to face only that.
I was exactly where you are about 4 weeks back. I decided that I was worth more than what this man was giving me. I ended it and I grieve however a huge weight has been lifter off my shoulders.
I think you need to try this starting tonight. You will hurt. You will cry, but you will get though it.
Make a list for yourself of things you want to Improve in your life, things you want to accomplish. Big and small and start doing them and marking them off your list.
Leaving this world will hurt the people you love. You need to call your doctor and ask for help and your family too. Anyone. Let them know you are ending your relationship and you need their support cause you are feeling this way, be honest.
Please private message me and let me know how you are doing anytime anyday.
You r important. It's this so called man that is abusing you and making you think differently.
If you have student loans it means you have accomplished at the very least, some school. That shows ambition. Bills can always be paid.
Having a bad past doesn't mean your future is grim. None of us can predict the future.
You are a young and pretty person, and many other guys will want to love you.
But first you must learn to love yourself, human flaws and all -- it's what we all deserve.
Sometimes the bad does outweigh the good. But it won't be that way forever. Cope with the pain you can little by little, and it will all go away in time. It does get better.
Just don't give up. Just survive. It will be ok.
You are a smart, pretty, caring, well-spoken young lady. What one man thinks of you should have very little bearing on that.
Getting out of a relationship is painful, even it was an unhealthy one.
His words continue to sting, and they might for a long time. BUT, his words and opinions are not the only ones out there. Just think of how many people are in your life and what wonderful things they think and feel about you all the time. Don't give this narcissistic a-hole ALL the power. You are not a compilation of his stupid thoughts. You are YOU - a girl with a lot going for her, in spite of what you think of yourself right now. Dig deep and find some spark of your true self and then grow it bigger, any way you can. And keep posting here!
When i was pregnant with my daughter i too was with i guy(her dad) who also made statements that were cruel and he contradicted himself all of the time and it left me feeling confused, full of anxiety and i hated myself.
His cruel words used to go around inside my head all fo the time like a stuck record player, over and over again until the point were his words i believed and my words becames his words.
And during this time i remember feeling like i wanted to kill myself. I felt like life was not worth living if i was going to feel like this. I felt hopeless and stuck and that the only relese for me would be to be dead.
The only thing that kept me from doing this was my daughter inside my belly. It is awful to think i thought about ending my life whilst pregnant but what i was epxeriencing was so real and so hard to deal with.
Lucky for me i did not go ahead with it or even attempt it and i went on to have my daughter and she was fine.
After i had her i was a songle parent from the begining, not because i chose to be but because he did not want to commit to us. After about a month a did a lot of thinking and i realised what he had done to me.
I realised that what he had done to me was wrong, not what i had done or felt but what HE HAD DONE!
Your boyfriend is inside your head chatting, what in reality is "complete and utter SHITE!!" and my advice is this,
No one can tell you not to end your life, this is true. It is your choice and noone elses and i am not going to tell you what to do on making that choice, but what i am going to do is ask you to do something first and that is to see what life is like if only for a couple of months away from this man and the relationship and then after that time if your still in the same place as you are now then fine, you do what you feel like is right for you but at least try another option first before ending it all because if you dont you will never ever know 'IF' just if, life could have been imroved in anyway, surely you owe yourself just that one little chance!
Its only a couple of months out of your life, could you give yourself that first?
Please please just for us all on here, as selfish as it is, please respond to this post so then we are not left wondering and worried for you,
lots of Angel Hugs xxxxx
My EX would say things like, "you are such a horrible wife I'm just going to fire you and replace you" And he has....
But I know in my deepest feelings that I gave him the best years of my life and my best effort and keeping him happy, and they are just never happy.
It's really nice being out now, making decisions for myself, and following my dreams without the constant criticism. You will find new things that you are good at...and you will feel JOY.
Hang in there. It's slow, but it gets better.
Thinking of you!
