Physical & Emotional Abuse Support Group
Abuse is a general term for the treatment of someone that causes some kind of harm (to the abused person, to the abusers themselves, or to someone else) that is unlawful or wrongful. No one deserves abuse, period. Abuse can be emotional, physical, or sexual.
We don't recognize the abuse because we're subtly contolled into not trusting our own feelings which is where all our strength lies.
I would call a domestic violence agency and explain exactly what's going on, and to not make him aware of this because he's not being supportive, it isn't your fault, you didn't cause it, you just can't be healthy trying to live around such treatment.
HUG
Do you know how to erase your history, cookies & files? Also don't have your password automatically saved for any sites. That should go a long way in keeping him from finding out.
Also if you journal or keep any other kinds of records on the computer but off line, be sure to password protect them and use different passwords. You can keep a little notebook w/your passwords somewhere other than your house.
Let me know if you need instructions for clearing history/cookies/etc.
Hugs!!!
I'm not really worried about it. If he did begin posting here, I would probably stop coming, though, because I don't want to have contact with him. Or I'd put him on ignore.
sigh... so yes... learn to cover your tracks online by deleting history and never saving passwords. I am lucky that I have my own computer which is passworded/locked and he can't use it (he has tried though!)
