Abuse is a general term for the treatment of someone that causes some kind of harm (to the abused person, to the abusers themselves, or to someone else) that is unlawful or wrongful. No one deserves abuse, period. Abuse can be emotional, physical, or sexual.
I have been married for 19 years. I have had things thrown at me, had him punch the wall inches from my head, controlled, belittled, forced to have sex, and made to feel like everything is my fault. He threatened to take my kids away and had made me feel worthless. I have stayed because I wanted to give my kids a two patent home and algae
Also I have never felt like I could possibly make it on my own and take care of my kids.
Now I have been told by my step daughter that her father is abusive add well as by many other people and my therapist. I have developed psycho genie non epileptic seizures and had the neurologist in the hospital tell me it is due to years of prolonged abuse. My 17 year old son had left home and is dropping out of school and my12 year old has told me that he wants dad to leave.
Yet I stay! I have to wonder what is wrong with me. I tried in a brief moment to file for divorce but he convinced me that he would change if I have him one last chance and kept asking how I could do this to him. Well, since then, he had raped me and continues to try to control everything. Again I ask, wHar is wrong with me! !!!!!!

victimized for
most of your
life --- which
is HIS shame,
NOT YOURS.
Please visit
your local
women's center
right away and
ask them if they
have a counselor
they can set you
up, with.
It's not too late to
repair your psyche.
It's NOT TOO LATE
to reclaim your
health and
your life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
