Abuse is a general term for the treatment of someone that causes some kind of harm (to the abused person, to the abusers themselves, or to someone else) that is unlawful or wrongful. No one deserves abuse, period. Abuse can be emotional, physical, or sexual.

As you continue to do these things with the highest form of comittment
to yourself(because you are training yourself to focus more and more
on yourself and less and less on the ex,You will start to feel healing taking
place in your physical, mental and spiritual bodies,
Hang in there and always here as a compassionate ear for listening and support,
Hugs and Positive Light and Energy sent your way
P.S-Also do take time to soothe your mental with relaxation or meditation
videos, Do drink lots of water to stay hydrated and if counseling for yourself

You can keep yourself very busy this way, plus you will be getting better and better. If you keep going with the self care, you will start to feel so good eventually that you will never want to go back to that terrible place!! Sending you blessings and healing!!
However, you made a great start by leaving. A part of you rather face the unknown, such as being alone, than facing further abuse. This points to a part of yourself that you love. Stay with that part you love. Keep it always at close to your heart. In that way, anything that unsettles you, you can return to that part you love.
That love will nurture you and guide you to what is true about you and around you. You will never feel alone with that love that loves you in your heart.
If you ever want to feel loved, just relax and 'love the Love that loves you'.
