out to your women's centre.
They're there to help with
your situation.

the agency that will.

Leaving isn't easy and
in some circumstances
can be dicey.

I am sorry you are being abused. Have you contacted a woman's shelter or a DV group? They can help you make a plan and maybe provide resources to get out.

Do you have a women's home (shelter) that you can go stay in for the time being until you get everything together? I am so glad that you can find the courage to get the hell out of there. Enough is enough! You come first!! I had to do that one day when my husband was at work. I had never packed so fast in my life. I took what meant the most to me and knew I could go back, even if it was with the Sheriff's department at a later date. Let us know what you decide to do. Please don't let him treat you bad any longer! Here is a quote for you:

Listen to what others are saying on here...Do not let him see that you are on this site...for your safety. You are right, you will have to leave when he is not home. Again, get in touch with your local D.V. shelter...they can help you further...You can do this ! You are stronger than you think ! You deserve so much better. Please be careful, stay safe.

I left before and just feel so stupid for coming back like I ruined my chance to win custody of my child in court. But I guess I believed his lies
I feel so worthless and I'm done feeling like that my child deserves a happy mom!
I'm just waiting for a counsellor to call me about getting a safety plan :)

Was gonna rent a room instead of going to a shelter but I would Prob get more help in a shelter and safer too what do u guys think?

If you can get in a shelter initially, I would recommend that. I called all of the shelters in my area and they are full, but if you can get in at first, that might be best. Many of them offer services like counseling and can help you in finding safer housing. Good luck. Be careful that he isn't able to monitor your computer to find out your plans. It was so hard for me to act like everything was normal. If you have to move out sooner, or if you can, that might be better. I had to move out when my ex was at work on a weekday. Be safe.

You would be much safer at a shelter, especially a woman's shelter. Less chance of him finding you. He would be able to track you down in a motel, or a room. Try to have a good Christmas and keep in touch with what you are doing. Hugs GB

Ya coffeelvr I know what u mean by acting normal it's hard cause I'm done with him it's hard to be nice
He is off till the new year so I'm planning then, Ya I'm gonna go with a shelter for all the fast action I can get there
He keeps trying to act nice now planning the future I just gotta keep going over the bad things he has done all kinds of abuse not just physical
