Abuse is a general term for the treatment of someone that causes some kind of harm (to the abused person, to the abusers themselves, or to someone else) that is unlawful or wrongful. No one deserves abuse, period. Abuse can be emotional, physical, or sexual.
i had a plan. simple. get income tax, give him half, he goes his merry (or not so merry way.
glitch. student loan got ALL of income tax.
now what?
how to put him out?
he's making all nice and it makes me sick.
he tries to touch me and my skin crawls.
i hate it when he comes home.
and DON'T CALL ME HONEY!!!
i hate this feeling of what i'll call lostness.
everybody in my family knows im just trying to figure out a way to get him out.
i hate feeling so paralyzed.
don't want to call free legal help as they take forever.
can't seem to wrap my head around what's going on.
i don't know how i'll pay the bills.
i don't really care.
i just need some sort of direction.
i just feel so fussed up and impotent.
i'll be glad when my therapy starts.
maybe i'll get some clear thinking going again.
that i.r.s. thing just really knocked me for a loop.
pray for me you guys, better yet, pray for us all.

but then i'm not sure if i can handle him being near me for that long although i REALLY need to do some stuff that h stressed me into. that said i want to know how to get him out if he refuses to leave. haven't gone that route yet but want to be prepared as best as possible.
i really do hope i have the emotional fortitude to do what i must to take care of the kids.
man this is so complicated. i think im rambling please forgive me.i do want him out. really just want to make sure im physically alright first then KICK HIM TO THE CURVE. at least thats my plan.
