Abuse is a general term for the treatment of someone that causes some kind of harm (to the abused person, to the abusers themselves, or to someone else) that is unlawful or wrongful. No one deserves abuse, period. Abuse can be emotional, physical, or sexual.
Typical to his abuse he is using his attorney to get under my skin. I put all the money in this house.
Heres what he wants....
To force me to sell and not be allowed to keep the home (which honestly I would like a fresh start) . But I wont have him force me on anything.
He wants to pick the realtor. He knows my Best friend was the realtor who found this house.
He wants the tax write off. He pays nothing.
He wants it listed for fair market value. And every 30 days I have to reduce it. That will leave me with no equity. BS
He wants the house broom swept and clean when I leave and I will have 30 days to vacate.
I saw F U we are going to court. I rather pay my attorney the fee. Tomorrow we file in supreme court.
He knows I would never agree to any of this. Hes telling her what to do. Just to tick me off. Well he isn't. I have his game down now. Time to fight back

Are you communicating with him directly, or through your attorney? I know you said you're over him, and clearly you've got his number, but by communicating with him, even if he doesn't have the same effect on you that he did-you are feeding something bad. Please consider this. You are fortunate enough to have an attorney to use.
He actually has the nerve to say if I miss a payment on MY house that he has the right to take complete ownership and all the equity. Hahaha. Right Bozo
