Physical & Emotional Abuse Support Group
Abuse is a general term for the treatment of someone that causes some kind of harm (to the abused person, to the abusers themselves, or to someone else) that is unlawful or wrongful. No one deserves abuse, period. Abuse can be emotional, physical, or sexual.

old are you?
Second question is
where do you live?
Regardless of the answer
to those questions,
the answer to,
"What can i do about this?"
is that you need to
LEAVE this situation
but. . . . you need to
leave SAFELY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The reason you're scared
is because you know within
yourself that
he's DANGEROUS.
His being better
at this moment
is simply him
doing what he
has to do to try
to not be so abusive
that you leave and
he loses his victim.
In most developed
countries, there are
women's centers.
If there's one near
where you live,
please call or
visit that center.
They will help you.
Also, you really need
counseling with a
QUALIFIED therapist.
The fact that you
and your boyfriend
are different religions
is not the scary issue
here. The scary issue
is that he's an ABUSER.
His appearing to be
less abusive for a moment
is an illusion. Right now
he's being manipulative,
which is still abuse.
Your inner knowing
is not fooled. You
know the obviously
scary guy will be
back at any moment.
Also, it's possible that
your parents are among
the people who can help
keep you safe. See if they
can help you get to the
women's center.
Take good care.
Sending you hugs
and wishes for
safety and
clarity.
The other problem is i cant seek help from anyone her because my father is a well known. Person in the community so if i go to any help centres theres no certainty that he will not find out about my situation
feelings are
neither right
nor wrong.
Feelings are
feelings.
Going on, you wrote:

Hon ---
Your "situation" is
DANGEROUS.
What you describe
is CLASSIC,
TEXTBOOK
ABUSE.
(And abuse
ALWAYS gets
WORSE.)
If you don't seek help,
it's highly probable,
even predictable,
that your life will
spiral downward
into years of emotional
suffering and even
possibly physical
injury.
Ask yourself this. . . .
you talk about loving him.
Could you imagine
yourself attempting
to control his life
the way he's
already controlling
yours?
Someone who's doing
what he's doing
is not loving.
He's STEALING.
He's STEALING
your LIFE.
And yes. . . . he IS
manipulating you.
If you don't reach
out. . . . regardless
of your father finding
out. . . . . . you're
putting your
entire life
at risk.
If you don't
reach out
for HELP,
you're putting
your life at risk
A parent's duty and responsibility is to their children first, NOT their reputation with a town that doesn't give a damn about the safety of its young people. If your father puts his reputation above protecting you, then he's not being a good father.
Can you talk to your mom? If not, what about another family member or a doctor?
Sadly, like many of us, what you love is an illusion, not the actual person. Abusers are deeply wounded people who are beyond any help or love we can offer. And h.e.a.l. is right that it WILL GET WORSE and your life is in DANGER, emotionally, mentally, spiritually and physically. It might not be right now, but the longer you are with him, the more at risk you are for him escalating to physical or sexual violence.
Please stay safe!
