Hi..I am not sure how many of you remember me..
The story about a year back..I had left my x and as had already gone through the cycle of going back and breakup was sure it is over this time...
Today - I have kept my word...Never talked to him..Never replied to his emails..Each day got healthier (as for me the way I was with him was like a flu which needed to be cured before too late).The roller coaster ride finally ended..However, he kept mailing me on his "STATUS"..
X Today: The mail I got few days back was again the same crap that now he knows why I left and how bad he was with me.And now he "thinks" that he is in love again...(I think the girl is one of my earlier friends...But I am not sure...)
Me Today: Things are going on pretty good and life is far more better then I had expected.But some times I just go into flashback as to why this happened to me..and then the complete story starts playing again and again in my mind...
I get over it...But I just feel scared when all this happens...Will I never be able to erase everything from my head?? But as they say that if you forget it then you might make the same mistakes again...It's just that attimes it gets too much to handle....

HEY GIRL. WHERE YOU BEEN???? Its so good to hear from you. I am so glad that things are going better for you. SO very good to see you back here.
I counter this by rejoicing and celebrating every morning I wake up independent and free from my abuser. I refuse to hear his voice in my head, I refuse to even consider him for a moment. He is still baiting you and getting you to pay attention to him via email. Find a way to send his emails to another folder so you don't have to read them, or, just hit delete. His status doesn't matter to you, YOUR status is much more important and interesting.
