He cut me off abruptly after I found out he was dating someone else and also he threatened to kill me. I sent him an email a week later saying I wished him the best and I hoped we both learned to love others better after the mistakes we made with one another. Tonight, After 3 Weeks he broke NO CONTACT. I begged God or the Universe or whatever for Closure and this is what came tonight form him VIA text:

"Fuck you. There's your closure. Tell everyone. I would have given anything for you. you want every guy but me. Good luck. That's what I thought. Piss off. You're a fucking asshole. Go ahead and hack my shit. Leave me alone. There's your closure. Fuck with me. I dare ya, LOL. Just leave me alone and stay the fuck on your side of the mountain. Fuck off. You can have any guy you want. Just leave me alone. Why do you just want drama? I'm answering you. Go fuck dudes. Leave me alone. You don't know me and you'll never care enough. That's What the fuck I thought. Fucking leave me alone. Fine that was your chance. Bye, Don't ever contact me again. Go fuck your boys. You missed out. I don't wan to be friends with you. You've demolished my life. Made me feel bad about myself. Wish you and your fam the best. Have a great life. You've hurt me beyond belief. Please leave me alone. Go fucking cheat on someone else. I hope you're fucking happy with your closure because you never gave a fuck about me or my fam. here is my closure? Go fuck dudes, you fucking jerk. I hate you"

And there it is. God has given me my closure. This man is awful. He is awful to the core. I haven't responded to one word of it. and I AM FEELING SO STRONG!

Good for you! The only advice I can offer is perhaps block your # for good. You don't need that sh*t while trying in heal, especially now that you got the closure you wanted.

Good for you for not replying, that shows a lot of strength. Stick with NC and like helerown said block his number, anything he sends you will most likely be negative and set back your progress. Someone that sends you that type of message is not someone you need in your life. You deserve better. Stay strong!

I'm sorry that you received this. He is projecting and angry that you have left. He sounds very much like my ex..the telling me to go f myself and to go f other guys, wishing me luck but not really meaning it, saying to never contact him again, that I lost out, hurt him so badly.

It was a cycle for me and I deeply hope that it is over. I'm glad that you are feeling strong. Blocking him is a good idea. When I didn't, I wound up going back. Please be on your guard. You know that they are not always horrible, but can be charming. So if he wants to apologize after that text, remember who he really is.

Sounds very similar to what I would receive. About three days later, I would get a sincere sounding note filled with apologies. It's good that you have him blocked. Block his email if you haven't already done it.

I have less resolve tonight. He's terrible, just terrible, but now I find my self wondering HOW can he truly be SO DELUSIONAL that he really believes what he said to me???? Will he EVER realize how crazy he is and how mean he is? Will he ever wake up one day, and say, "I was cruel to her and was wrong?" I doubt it. I just wish it wasn't so.

"I felt that it is something that specifically will hurt you very much...I was on the victimized side of this force for a long time and of I have searched of course..I think that with you I wanted to make you run away from me and hate me...If it was someone else I might have done different things. I believe that the other side of emotional intelligence is knowing where you can hurt most"...

Sidi, so he knows he is hurting me? Even doing it on purpose?He just doesn't care? Me ex has always acted like the victim, like he was SO angry bc He claimed that I'm the "awful one". That I've, as he put it, "demolished his life".

This quote helped me understand how aware they are, yes. They usually lack empathy. The emotional connection to their partner and that's why they don't care because they cannot relate to our emotions. My abuser used to objectify me to make it easier for himself to hurt me and rationalize. They are not rational , they are making excuses. And yes, I believe your ex knew where to hurt you and that's where he aimed with purpose.

I'm feeling sad tonight. I just don't understand how he can deflect EVERYTHING on me??? How can these men take no responsibility for their actions and blindly and delusionally blame it ALL on US? I just don't get it. He is SO CONVINCED that HIS anger is MY fault.

You are going to go through a lot of emotions till you get you final resolve. It's normal.
He doesn't have to be convinced. All he has to do is pretend for you to believe.

I just can't fathom being that cruel to someone and walking away feeling proud of myself. He's a monster and I hate myself tonight for allowing myself to ever love him. Now that I serve no purpose in his life, he has no problem pulling out all the stops and being beyond viciously hateful. I wish I could hate him like he hates me. Pretending that it is ALL my fault just to try And make himself feel better about his own hateful self is SELFISH and COWARDLY. I wish I could forget him and All of it. I'm so tired of thinking about him.
