Physical & Emotional Abuse Support Group
Abuse is a general term for the treatment of someone that causes some kind of harm (to the abused person, to the abusers themselves, or to someone else) that is unlawful or wrongful. No one deserves abuse, period. Abuse can be emotional, physical, or sexual.

I am not saying it is necessarily for a divorce to happen, but maybe some time apart could be wise? Your husband sure needs help, has he always struggled with drinking? Or is this some sort of comfort drink since he doesn't work so much anymore? Or maybe he has other issues which he struggles with?
Good! You didn't fall for that old trap. It's not your fault!
what you're going
through.
If all you want is
happiness,
(which isn't an
unreasonable
goal),
it's extremely unlikely
you'll find it with a
dysfunctional abuser.
Please consider
visiting your nearest
women's aide centre
and let them help you
begin to sort this out.
And please take
good care of yourself.
Sending you hugs
and wishes for
happiness.
You will have to find out how you think it is best dealing with this. Talking with a counselor could also be a good suggestion, I think.
